ORDINANCE NO. ~-516 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 349 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 26-5-10 <br />· (EXHIBIT AA 349 A} <br /> <br /> WHeReAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 349, initiated by <br />CANDY HOMES, INC. for a change of District classification from the <br />A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said C~mmission has recommended <br />approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does n~w find that public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />th~ new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 through 71, inclusive, of Tract 3963 as shown on <br /> a map recorded in Book 141, Pages 14 and 15, Official <br /> Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 (E~dlibit AA 349 A) is hereby <br />amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the ls% day of Ma~ ..., 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />dL~K OF-THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
