ORDINANCE NO. NS-528 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 354 AND <br />AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 11-5-10 (EXHIBIT <br />AA 354 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 354, initiated by <br />Baxter Joe and Bernice Young, for a change of District classification <br />from the M-1 District to the R-2 District, and said Commission has <br />recommended approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on <br />notice, and does now find that the pu]~lic necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 12, Block 15 of Pacific Electric subdivision of the <br /> Ross Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 14, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the R-2 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 11-5-10 (Exhibit AA 354 A) is hereby amended <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />c~.RK OF ~HE C-~UNCi~ <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />?th day of August , 1961. <br /> <br /> <br />
