ORDINANCE NO. NS-~8 CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. <br />NS-521 PASSED AND ADOPTED JUNE 19, 1961 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 17 of Ordinance No. NS-521, passed <br />and adopted June 19, 1961, is hereby deleted. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That sub-section 35 is hereby added to Section <br /> <br />9247.4 of the Santa Ana Municipal code to read as follows: <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />Special uses, including <br />airports, carnivals and <br />circuses, amusement <br />enterprises, and all <br />other uses where parking <br />requirements have not <br />been designated herein. <br /> <br />Shall be determined by the <br />Planning Director in writing. <br />Any determination by the <br />Planning Director may be <br />appealed to the City Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of January , 196~. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha, California; that the foregoing <br /> <br />Ordinance was regularly introduced at its regular meeting held on <br />the 18th day of December , 1961, and was again considered by said <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of January , <br /> <br />196~, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by said <br /> <br />Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
