ORDINANCE N£, NS-559P~DUC~G THE <br />pELv~ FACIE SPEED L~T ~ POTIONS OF <br />~A AV~ BET~ ~OR BOU~V~ <br />~D ,TOwNSenD ST~ <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ~A DO~S ORDAIN AS FOLLOW, S: <br />SECTION 1. That after an e~gineering and traffic survey and Council <br />determination, and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, Subsection (k) of Section 3280 of the <br />Santa ~na Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed <br /> greater than 35 miles per hour on West First <br /> Street between Townsend Street and Harbor <br /> Bgulevard; nor at a speed greater than 45 <br /> miles per hour on Bolsa Avenue between Harbor <br /> Boulevard and a point 130' west of the center <br /> line of Cooper Street." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
