Section 11. This ordinance shall be published <br />once a day for at least seven (7) days in THE REGISTER, a <br />newspaper of general circulation printed and published in <br />the City of Santa Ana seven (7) days a week. Said first <br />publication shall be within fifteen (15) days after final <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 12.
