Section 9. That the manner of holding the elec- <br />tion shall be as provided in this ordinance and the manner <br />of voting on the issuance of bonds shall be as provided in <br />this ordinance. That in all particulars not herein recited <br />the election shall be held and the votes canvassed pursuant <br />to law for general municipal elections held in the City <br />of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That for the purpose of holding said <br />special municipal election there shall be and are hereby <br />eatablished seventy-five (75) voting precincts designated <br />as hereinafter stated. Each such voting precinct shall con- <br />sist of a consolidation of regular election precincts in <br />the City of Santa Aha (of the names and numbers hereinafter <br />stated) established for the holding of state and county <br />elections, as said regular election precincts exist on the <br />date of adoption of this ordinance. That the polling places <br />for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter <br />designated; and that the persons hereinafter named,~being <br />competent and qualified electors and residents of said <br />city and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby <br />appointed officers of election for their respective voting <br />precincts and they shall hold said election and make return <br />thereof in the manner provided by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
