ORDINANCE NO. NS-563 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 371 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10 <br />(FD~{IBIT AA 371 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application NO. 371, filed by <br />RALPH C. DAY for MONTGOMERY PARK, a limited partnership, for a change <br />in District classification from the A1 District to the R1 District, <br />and said Commission has recommended the change in District <br />classification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AKA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Kent Street <br />located 330 feet, more or less, Easterly from the point <br />where the center line of Kent Street intersects the <br />center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence Northerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 630.16 feet, more or <br />less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of <br />1324.2 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Harbor <br />Boulevard for a distance of 659.8 feet, more or less; <br />thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of 330 <br />feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Harbor <br />Boulevard for a distance of 659.8 feet, more or less; <br />thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of 992.6 feet, <br />more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a <br />distance of 690.15 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A1 District to the Ri District, and <br /> <br />Sectional District Map 15-5-10 (Exhibit AA 371 A) is hereby amended <br /> <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
