ORDINANCE NO. NS-566 ESTABLISPLING FUTURE RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF SEVENTEENTH STREET, <br />SUGAR AVENUE, WARNER AVENUE, SANTA CLARA AVENUE, <br />MEMORY LANE, EDINGER AVENUE AND DYER ROAD-TALBERT <br />AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council, by Resolutions, declared <br />its intention to establish the Future Right-of-Way Lines hereinbelow <br />set out and fixed the 5th day of February, 1962, in the Council <br />Chambers at 7:30 P.M. as the time and place where all persons <br />objecting thereto might appear and be heard. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That after due hearing, the City Council' finds and <br /> <br />declares that the public safety, health and general welfare require <br /> <br />the establishment of Future Right-of-Way Lines, and that Section 9271 <br /> <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto <br /> <br />new subs$ctions and by changing the street name designation on <br /> <br />Subsection (p) and Subsection (bb), as follows: <br /> <br />Subsection (a) (Seventeenth Street), add: <br /> <br />-(5) <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center <br />line, between a point 508 feet East of the center <br />line of Wright Street and a point 2332.08 feet <br />East of the center line of Wright Street. <br /> <br />On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center <br />line, between Old Turin Avenue and Tustin Avenue. <br /> <br />On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center <br />line, between Deodar Street and a point 208.71 feet <br />West of the center line of Deodar Street." <br /> <br />To Subsection (q) (Suqar Avenue), add: <br /> <br />"(2) <br /> <br />On both sides, 42 feet from the survey center line, <br />between a point 1320.3 feet East of the center line <br />of Ward Street and a point 660 feet East of the <br />center line of Ward Street." <br /> <br />Change the street name designation of Subsection (p) from <br />"Delhi Road" to "Warner Avenue" and add: <br /> <br />"(s) <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />On the North side, 59 feet from the survey center <br />line, between Raitt Street and a point 1'71.64 feet <br />West of the center line of Rene Drive. <br /> <br />On the South side, 59 feet from the survey center <br />line, between a point 101.29 feet West of the center <br />line of Linda Way and the Orange County Flood <br />Control Channel designated as F-2." <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
