ORDINANCE NO. NS-~9 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 365 <br />AND AME~ING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 <br />(F2~{IBIT AA 365 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 365, initiated by <br />HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM for a change in District classification fr~ the <br />C-2 District to the C-3 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the new <br />classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Sycamore Street <br />located 100 feet, more or less, Northerly from the point <br />where the center line of Sycamore Street intersects the <br />center line of Tenth Street; thence Easterly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Tenth Street <br />for a distance of ~15.21 feet, more or less, to the center <br />line of Main Street; thence Northerly along the center <br />line of Main Street for a distance of 234.2 feet, more or <br />less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Tenth Street for a distance of <br />315.2 feet, more or less, to the center line of Sycamore <br />Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Sycamore <br />Street for a distance of 234.2~ feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the C-2 District to the C-3 District, and <br /> <br />Sectional District Map 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 365 A) is hereby amended <br /> <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
