Beginning at the Southwest corner of that parcel of real property hereinabove described, the same being 427.1 feet, more or less, Southerly from the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 165.2 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Grand Avenue for a distance of 50 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 165.2 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Grand Avenue for a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and Sectional District Map 7-5-9 (Exhibit AA 385 A) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
