recorded July 17, 1945 in Book 1316, Page 550, Official <br />Records of Orange County, California, said point of <br />intersection being on the North line of Main Street, (Tustin) <br />80 feet wide, as shown on said map of the Stafford and <br />Tustin Tract; thence South 00° 06' 00" East, departing from <br />said City boundary, 942.54 feet to the Southeast corner <br />of Parcel 1 of said Van Wyk land; thence South 89° 07' 30" <br />West, 441.43 feet, along the South line of said Parcel 1 of <br />said Van Wyk land and its Westerly extension to a point on <br />the existing boundary of said City of Santa Ana, as <br />established by Ordinance Number 73, said point being Westerly <br />10 feet from the monumented center line of Lyon Street; thence <br />North 00° 06' 00" West along said City boundary, 942.54 feet <br />to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Aha and to <br /> <br />Ward No. 1 in said City, and said annexation is by this Ordinance <br /> <br />effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this <br /> <br />territory, the designation that applies is "Santa Aha City - 1957 <br /> <br />and 1958 Annexes". <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
