recorded July 17, 1945 in Book 1316, Page 550, Official Records of Orange County, California, said point of intersection being on the North line of Main Street, (Tustin) 80 feet wide, as shown on said map of the Stafford and Tustin Tract; thence South 00° 06' 00" East, departing from said City boundary, 942.54 feet to the Southeast corner of Parcel 1 of said Van Wyk land; thence South 89° 07' 30" West, 441.43 feet, along the South line of said Parcel 1 of said Van Wyk land and its Westerly extension to a point on the existing boundary of said City of Santa Ana, as established by Ordinance Number 73, said point being Westerly 10 feet from the monumented center line of Lyon Street; thence North 00° 06' 00" West along said City boundary, 942.54 feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Aha and to Ward No. 1 in said City, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this territory, the designation that applies is "Santa Aha City - 1957 and 1958 Annexes". SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18%h day of June , 1962.
