ORDINANCE NO. N~591 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 394 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAPS 18-5-9 <br /> (EXHIBIT AA 394 A) AND 19-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 394 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 394, initiated by <br />said Commission to add the "B" suffix to the existing R-2 and <br />Districts and said Commission has reco~nended approval of said <br />Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property. <br /> <br />ORDAIN <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
