ORDINANCE NO. NS-595 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 391 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 23-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 391B) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 391 initiated by MARGARETTE F. KINCAID for a change in District Classification from the R-2 District to the C-1 District, and said Commission has recom- mended that the change be made from the R-2 to the P District (the P District being a more restrictive classification than the request- ed C-1 District); and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on Notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- lng property. NOW, THEREFORE, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. County of Orange, Lots THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, State of California, described as: No. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Block B of Tract No. 737 in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California as per map recorded in Book 22, page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the P District and Sectional District Map 23-5-10 (Exhibit AA 391 B) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
