ORDINANCE NO. NS-596 REDUCING THE <br />PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON PORTIONS <br />OF FAIRVIEW STREET~ H3~ AVENUE, <br />NEWHOPE STREET AND McFADDEN AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CI~f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council <br />determination~ and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California~ the following Subsections are hereby <br />added to Section 3280 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code: <br /> (v) Fairview Street, Fifth Street to McFadden Avenue <br /> McFadden Avenue to Warner Avenue <br /> <br /> (w) Hazard Avenue~ Harbor Boulevard to Euclid Street <br /> (x) Newhope Street, Fifth Street to Edinger Avenue <br /> (y) McFadden Avenue, Bristol Street to Fairview Street <br /> SECTION 2.
