SECTION 9230.397. Accessory Buildinqs. <br /> <br /> Accessory buildings to be constructed on any lot or building <br />site in any area designated on the adopted General Plan of <br />Development for residential development shall comply with <br />Section 9243.(g) of this Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.398. Minimum Gross Floor Area. <br /> <br /> ~ne following uses shall be subject to the following minimum <br />square feet of gross floor area per dwelling unit, exclusive of <br />garages, carports and unenclosed p~rches and patios: <br /> <br /> a) Bachelor apartment: Four hundred and fifty <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br /> (450) <br /> <br />square feet. <br /> <br />One-bedroom apartment: Six hundred and fifty (650) <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Two or more bedroom apartment: Eight hundred (800) <br />square feet and one hundred (100) square feet for <br />each bedroom in excess of two (2). <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.399.
