570 feet, more or less, along the East line of said Lot 12, and along said Tustin City boundary to the North line of the South half of said Lot 12 to an angle point in said Marshall Annexation and to said Santa Ana City boundary; thence departing from said Tustin City boundary North 88° 57' 07" West along said North line of the South half of Lot 12 and along said Santa Ana City boundary 690 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Aha and to Ward No. 1 in said City, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this territory, the designation that applies is "Santa Aha City - 1957 and 1958 Annexes". SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date cf its adoption.
