NS-611 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 408 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 22-5-10 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 408 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 408, initiated by <br />RINKER DEVELOPMENT CORP. for a change in District classification from <br />the C-1 District to the R-4 District, and said Co~Lu~,ission has recom- <br />mended approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Warner Avenue <br />located 209 feet East of the center line of Fairview <br />Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Warner <br />Avenue for a distance of 255 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of an alley; thence Northerly along the center <br />line of said alley for a distance of 200 feet, more or <br />less; thence Northeasterly along the center line of said <br />alley for a distance of 110 feet, more or less; thence <br />Westerly continuing along the center line of said alley <br />for a distance of 495 feet, more or less, to the center' <br />line of Fairview Street; thence Southerly along the center <br />line of Fairview Street for a distance of 118 feet, more <br />or less; thence Easterly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance <br />of 209 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Fairview <br />Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beginning, <br /> <br />iS hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the R-4 District, <br /> <br />and Sectional District Map 22-5-10 (Exhibit AA 408 A) is hereby <br /> <br />amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
