ORDINANCE NO. NS-61~ AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 405 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 7-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 405 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Ccanmission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 405, initiated by C. B. KNICKERBOCKER'S, INC. for a change in District classification frc~ the P District to the C-2 District, and said Commission has recommended approval of said Application; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. ORDAIN County NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point on the center line of Eleventh Street located 183 feet, more or less, Easterly from the center line of Main Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Eleventh Street for a distance of 38 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Main Street for a distance of 114 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Eleventh Street for a distance of 38 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the center line of Main Street for a distance of 114 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the P District to the C-2 District, and Sectional District Map 7-5-9 (Exhibit AA 405 A) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption. -1-
