ORDINANCE NO. NS-616 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 410 AND AMENDING <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 410 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Cc~mmission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application 410, initiated by said <br />Commission for a change in District classification from the R-2 <br />District to the R-3B and R-3BH Districts, and said C~%~ission has <br />recommended approval of said Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: Beginning at a point on the center line of <br />Flower Street located 143.7 feet, more or less, Northerly <br />from that point where the center line of Flower Street <br />intersects the center line of Eighth Street; thence <br />Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Eighth Street for a distance of 103.5 feet, more <br />or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Flower Street for a distance <br />of 619.3 feet, more or less, to the center line of Tenth <br />Street; thence Westerly along the center line of Tenth <br />Street for a distance of 103.5 feet, more or less, to that <br />point where the center line of Tenth Street intersects the <br />center line of Flower Street; thence Westerly along the <br />center line of Tenth Street for a distance of 137.3 feet, <br />more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Flower Street for a distance <br />of 763 feet, more or less, to the center line of Eighth <br />Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Eighth <br />Street for a distance of 137.3 feet, more or less, to that <br />point where the center line of Eighth Street intersects the <br />center line of Flower Street; thence Northerly along the <br />center line of Flower Street for a distance of 143.7 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-3B District, <br /> <br />and Sectional District M~p 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 410 A) is hereby <br /> <br />amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
