SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 2: Beginning at the Northeast corner of that parcel <br />of real property hereinabove described as Parcel 1, the same <br />being 140 feet, more or less, Northerly from the center line <br />of Seventeenth Street; thence Northerly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the center line of Poinsettia Street for <br />a distance of 34.7 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street for a distance of 180 feet, more or less, to the center <br />line of Poinsettia Street; thence Southerly along the center <br />line of Poinsettia Street for a distance of 35 feet, more or <br />less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 180 <br />feet, more or less, the same being the Northerly boundary of <br />Parcel 1 as described hereinabove, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-lB District, and <br /> <br />Sectional District Map 6-5-9 (Exhibit AA 417 C) is hereby amended to <br /> <br />show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />'Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of December, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA AlgA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, DORIS M.
