SECTION 2. ~his is an ordinance necessary to the General Municipal Election to be held April 3rd, 1963; the sole purpose of this Ordinance is to change the Ward lines and to establish Wards for the holding of said Election; therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect upon the date of its publication. -4-
