ORDINANCE NO. NS-614 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 414 AND AMENDING <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 (EX}{IBIT AA 414 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application ~4, initiated by <br />RAY McCOY for a change in District classification from the C-1 <br />District to the C-2 District, and said C(anmission has recital,ended <br />approval of said Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br />ORDAIN <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point where the center line of Baker Street <br />intersects the center line of First Street; thence Easterly <br />along the center line of First Street for a distance of <br />182 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Baker Street <br />for a distance of 152 feet, more or less; thence Westerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />First Street for a distance of 182 feet, more or less, to <br />the center line of Baker Street; thence Southerly along the <br />center line of Baker street for a distance of 152 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the C-2 District, and <br /> <br />Sectional District Map 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 414 A) is hereby amended <br /> <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
