ORDINANCE NO. NS-627 ~ECLARING T~E ANNEXATION <br />OF T~RITORY DESIGNATED "NE~RT AND DYe, S.E. <br /> <br /> W~EAS, on June 22, 1962, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha declared its intention to annex uninhabited territory by <br />Resolution No. 62-122, which said Resolution was regularly published <br />as required by law, and gave notice of a protest hearing to be held <br />August 6, 1962, which hearing was continued and was regularly held <br />on said notice and on .mailed notices as required by law; and after <br />final adjournment of said hearing on protests, it was found and <br />declared by Resolution No. 62-240 that a majority protest had not <br />been made. <br /> <br /> NOW, ']'.~:~EFORE, THE CITY COUNC17~ OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That it finds and declares that said territory, <br />here~flbelow describe~ was uninhabited at the time Resolution <br /> <br />No. 62-122 was adopted initiating this proeeeding~ was contiguous to <br />the City of Santa Ana and sh.l~ not be taxed to pay any indebtedness <br />of the City of Santa Ana existing at the time of this annexation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That _-]:] of the territory situated in the County <br />of Orange, State of California, and described as: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
