OBDINANCE NO. NS-629, REDUCING THE PRIMA <br />FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON HARBOR BOULEVARD, <br />NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF HUNTZINGER AVENUE <br />TO SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TALBERT AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES OEDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That a~ter an engineering and traffic survey and Council <br /> <br />determination, and under authority contained in Section 22357 and 22358 of the <br /> <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, the following Subsection is hereby <br /> <br />added to Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />(z) <br /> <br />Harbor Boulevard from the North property line <br />of Huntzinger Avenue to the South property <br />line of Talbert Avenue <br /> <br />55 miles per hour <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
