SECTION 3: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Parcel 3: Beginning at a point on the center line of Sherry Street located 428 feet, more or less, Northerly from that point where the center line of Sherry Street intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Northerly along the center line of Sherry Street for a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly corner of Parcel 1, hereinabove described; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street, the same being the Southerly boundary lines of Parce~ 1 and 2 as hereinabove described, for a distance of 835 feet, more or less; thence Souther~ along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Wright Street for a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 835 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R1-B District, and Sectional District Map 5-5-9 (Exhibit AA 412 C) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 4: That real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Parcel 4: Beginning at a point on the center line of Sherry Street located 277 feet, more or less, Northerly from that point where the center line of Sherry Street intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Northerly along thecenter line of Sherry Street for a distance of 151 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly corner of Parcel 3 as hereinabove described; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street, the same being the Southerly boundary line of Parcel 3, hereinabove described, for a distance of 835 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Wright Street for a distance of 151 feet, more or.less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 835 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 and R1-B Districts to the C-5 District, and Sectional District Map 5-5-9 (Exhibit AA 412 C) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
