ORDINANCE NO. NS-632 AMENDING ARTICLE IX <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE <br />DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT <br />APPLICATION 420 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 420 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 420, initiated <br />by ROBERT K. WONG for a change in District classification from the <br />A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that th~ public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The South half of the South half of the Northeast quarter <br />of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South, <br />Range 10 West, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, <br />Page 12 of Miscellaneous Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 ( Exhibit AA 420 A) is hereby <br />amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days frc~ <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ~ <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
