ORDINANCE NO. NS-634 REPEALING AN ORDINANCE <br />GRANTING FRANCHISE TO THE CALIFORNIA GAS <br />TRANSMISSION COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on December 18, 1961, the Santa Aha City <br />Council adopted Ordinance No. NS-555 granting to California Gas <br />Transmission Company a franchise to construct and operate a gas <br />transmission pipe line over certain public ways within the City; said <br />Ordinance provided that said grant was conditioned upon an application <br />then pending before the California Public Utilities Commission, which <br />said Application, No. 42931, was dismissed by said Commission on <br />December 11, 1962. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. NS-555 is hereby repealed,~ and <br />the franchise and all rights thereunder are hereby declared to be <br />null and void. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
