ORDINANCE NO. NS-643 AMENDING SECTIONS 3264 <br />AND 3272 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO <br />ELIMINATE PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE AND CHANGE <br />THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL ON TENTH STREET BETWEEN <br />MAIN AND BUSH STREETS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 3264 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 3264. Anqle Parkinq. <br /> <br /> NO operator shall park or stand any vehicle in any manner <br />except diagonal to the curb, entirely between the parallel <br />lines painted on the pavement delineating a parking stall, on <br />those portions of the streets next hereinbelow set out: <br /> (a) North side of Washington, between Main and Sycamore. <br /> (b) Sou~h side of Eighth, between Ross and Riverine. <br /> (c) North side of Sixth, between Ross and Riverine. <br /> (d) East side of Ross, between Sixth and Eighth. <br /> (e) South side of Walnut, between Parton and Ross. <br /> (f) East side of Poinsettia, from Santiago Way South to <br />dead end, the South 92 feet. <br /> (g) South side of St. Gertrude Place between Towner and <br />Flower. <br /> (h) North side of Anahurst Place, between Towner and Flower. <br /> (i) South side of Tenth, between Artesia and Townsend. <br /> (j) South side of Ninth,between Artesia and a point 110 feet <br />West of the Western property line of Artesia. <br /> (k) West side of College, between Seventeenth and Nineteenth, <br />the North 72 feet of the South 125 feet. <br /> (1) South side of Tenth, between Main and Bush. <br /> (m) Van Ness cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: ~ That Section 3272 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 3272. One-Way Streets. <br /> <br />within <br /> <br /> (b) <br /> (c) <br /> (d) <br /> (e) <br /> (f) <br /> <br />City Council does establish a system of one-way streets <br />the City as follows: <br />Third Street, between French and Flower - Westbound <br />Fifth Street, between French and Flower - Eastbound <br />~ush Street, between First and Seventeenth - Southbound <br />Cypress Street, between First and Bishop - Southbound <br />Seventh Street, between Main and Sycamore - Westbound <br />Tenth Street, between Bush and Main Streets - Eastbound <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OP THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
