ORDINANCE NO. NS-647 INCREASING THE PRIMA <br />FACIE SP.~.~,~ LIMIT ON FAINVIEW STR3~'I', NORTH <br />CITY LIMITS TO SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TRASK <br />AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council <br />determination, and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, the following subsection is hereby <br />added to Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br /> (aa) Fairview Street from the North City Limits 40 miles per hour <br /> to the South property line of Trask Avenue <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
