ORDINANCE N0~S553 PEETAINING TO THE PRIMA FACIE <br />SPEED LIMIT ON ~0U~TH STREETs GRAND AVENUE~ BRISTOL <br />STREET, RAITT STREETs EDINGER AVENUE ~ MCFADDEN AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council <br />determination~ and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, the following subsection is hereby added <br />to Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />(bb) Fourth Street <br /> Santa Ana Freeway to the Newport Freeway <br /> <br />40 miles per hour <br /> <br />(cc) <br /> <br />Grand Avenue <br /> Chestnut Street to McFadden Avenue <br /> McFadden Avenue to Warner Avenue <br /> <br />35 miles per hour <br />45 miles per hour <br /> <br />(dd) <br /> <br />Bristol Street <br /> Memory Lane to Santa Ana Freeway <br /> Warner to the South City Limts at PERR <br /> <br />40 miles per hour <br />40 miles per hour <br /> <br />(ce) <br /> <br />Raitt Street <br /> Eighth Street to Myrtle Street <br /> Myrtle Street to 1200' South of Warner <br /> <br />25 miles per hour <br />30 miles per hour <br /> <br />(fl) <br /> <br />Edinger Avenue <br /> West City Limits (260' East of Euclid) to <br /> 700' East of Gates Street <br /> <br />40 miles per hour <br /> <br />(gg) <br /> <br />McFadden Avenue <br /> West City Limits (2150' West of Euclid) to <br /> Newhope Street <br /> Newhope Street to Harbor Boulevard <br /> <br />40 miles per hour <br />35 miles per hour <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
