ORDINANCE NS-654 AMENDING SECTION 9271 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES FOR GRAND AVENUE <br />FROM SANTA CLARA AVENUE TO WARNER AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon recommendation by the Planning Com~aission and <br />the Department of Public Works and after public hearing on notice <br />the City Council has determined that the public safety, health and <br />general welfare require the establishment of Future Right of Way <br />Lines on Grand Avenue from Santa Clara Avenue to Warner Avenue. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Future Right of Way Lines are hereby <br />established for Grand Avenue from Santa Clara Avenue to Warner <br />Avenue, and that Section 9271 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended by amending Subsection (e) thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />(e) Grand Avenue (McClay Street) <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Between Santa Clara Avenue and Fourth Street, on <br />both sides, measured 45 feet from and at right <br />angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Between Fourth and First Streets, on both sides, <br />measured 45 feet from and at right angles to the <br />master plan center line as shown on Public Works <br />Department file 1-85-5 drawings. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Between First Street and Chestnut Avenue, on both <br />sides, measured 45 feet from and at right angles <br />to the survey center line. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Between Chestnut Avenue and McFadden Avenue, on <br />both sides, measured 45 feet from and at right <br />angles to the master plan center line as shown <br />on Public Works Department file 1-1-5 drawings. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Between McFadden Avenue and Warner Avenue (Delhi <br />Road) on both sides, measured 45 feet from and at <br />right angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Ail streets intersecting Grand Avenue from Santa <br />Clara Avenue to Warner Avenue (Delhi Road) shall <br />have 25 foot radius property line spandrels. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
