ORDINANCE NS-667 ~ENDING SECTION 9230.162 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO <br />SUBSECTION (d) REGULATING USES PERMITTED IN THE <br />CD (CIVIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT <br /> <br /> PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY AS SET FORTH IN GOVERNMENT CODE <br />SECTION 65806, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9230.162 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new sub paragraph (d) <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />(d) uses permitted in the C-5 District. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this is an interim zoning ordinance adopted <br />as an urgency measure to protect the public safety, health and <br />welfare while the Planning C~mLLission is conducting studies for the <br />purpose of either recommending the adoption of a zoning ordinance <br />or an amendment thereto to the City Council, and that this temporary <br />zoning measure shall be of no further force and effect six months <br />from the date of the adoption thereof. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
