ORDINANCE NS-668 AMENDING SECTION 9271, <br />SUBSECTION (c) OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a precise alignment of Flower Street between the <br />center line of Seventeenth Street and a point 200 feet North of <br />said center line has been adopted and nun%bered P.P.S.A.--OT. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Subsection (c) of Section 9271 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to delete sub-paragraph (1) <br />thereof so that said Subsection (c) reads as follows: <br /> <br />"(c) Flower Street: <br /> (1) On both sides, 40 feet measured from and at <br /> right angles to the survey center line, between <br /> the survey center line of Seventeenth Street <br /> and the survey center line of Pine Street.(NS 382)" <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
