ORDINANCE NS-674 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />NO. 445 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />24-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 445 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 445, filed by <br />ROCKWELL FARMS, INC. for a change in District classification from <br />the R-2 District to the C-1 District, and said Co~ission has <br />recommended approval of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AHA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at that point on the center line of St. Gertrude <br />Place located 113.3 feet, more or less, easterly from that <br />point where the center line of St. Gertrude Place intersects <br />the center line of Sycamore Street; thence Southerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Sycamore <br />Street for a distance of 155 feet, more or less; thence <br />easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of St. Gertrude Place for a distance of 41.7 feet, more <br />or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Sycamore Street for a distance of 155 <br />feet, more or less~ to the center line of St. Gertrude <br />Place; thence westerly along the center line of St. Gertrude <br />Place for a distance of 41.7 feet, more or less, to the <br />pOint of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 24-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 445 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1963. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
