ORDINANCE NS-678 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />NO. 450 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 450 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 450, filed by <br />LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION for a change in District classi- <br />fication from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and said <br />Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at that point on the center line of Louise Street <br />located 185.7 feet, more or less, southerly from the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street and 349.3 feet, more or less, <br />easterly from the center line of Bristol Street; thence <br />southerly along the center line of Louise Street for a <br />distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence westerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street for a distance of 174.7 feet, more or <br />less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Louise Street for a distance of <br />100 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street for a distance of 174.7 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of Louise Street and the point of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, <br />and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 450 A. <br /> SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />'I, DORIS M.
