ORDINANCE NS-688 ~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA M~QICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON ~ENDIv~NT APPLICATION <br />NO. 468 AND ~ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />16-5-10 (E~IBIT AA 468 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 468, filed by <br />JOHNS~ KLASSEN for a change in district classification from the <br />A-1 District to the R-2 District and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Avenue <br />located 150 feet, more or less, easterly from that point <br />where the center line of i~cFadden Avenue intersects the <br />center line of Newhope Street; thence easterly along the <br />center line of i~lcFadden Avenue for a distance of 286.9 feet, <br />more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Newhope Street for a distance <br />of 391.7 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of McFadden Avenue <br />for a distance of 286.9 feet, more or less; thence southerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Newhope Street for a distance of 391.7 feet, more or less, <br />to the center line of McFadden Avenue and the point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br /> is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-2 District and <br />Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 468 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: 'l~at this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />AT~EST: <br /> <br /> T=E <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />Council of the City of Santa <br />7th day of October, 1963. <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
