ORDINANCE NS-692 AMENDING SECTION 9230.261 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING AN <br />ADDITIONAL USE TO THE C-5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Co~ission <br />has recommended the amendment hereinbelow set out; and after hearing <br />on notice before the City Council said Council did find and determine <br />that said amendment should be made. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9230.261 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by adding at the end of paragraph (c) thereof <br />a new use,to be numbered (13), in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />"(13) The printing, publishing and circulation of a <br /> newspaper, including plant and office." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days frc~a and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
