ORDINANCE NS-695 AMENDING SECTION 3273 OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after an engineering and traffic survey and recom- <br />mendation by the Department of Public Works, it has been determined <br />by the City Council that provision should be made for a change in <br />traffic flow in the North-South alley connecting Fifth and Sixth <br />Streets between Main and Sycamore Streets, and that Section 3273 of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code should be amended to effect said change. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 3273 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3273. One-Way Alleys. <br /> <br /> NO person shall operate any vehicle in a Southerly or <br />in an Easterly direction in any alley connecting two or <br />more streets in, or terminating in, Central Parking <br />Districts "A" or "B", except that vehicles may travel in <br />a Northerly or Southerly direction in the North-South <br />alley connecting Fifth and Sixth Streets between Main <br />and Sycamore Streets. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November, 1963. <br /> <br />~.ERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
