ORDINANCE NS-697 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SOUTH SANTA ANA <br />ANNEX NO. 6" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 4th, 1963, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana declared its intention to annex uninhabited <br />territory by Resolution 63-177, which said Resolution superseded <br />Resolution 63-152 and was regularly published as required by law <br />giving notice of a protest hearing to be held December 16th, 1963, <br />which hearing was regularly held; after final adjournment of said <br />hearing on protests it was found and declared by Resolution 63-198 <br />that a majority protest had not been made. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That it finds and declares that said territory <br />hereinbelow described was uninhabited at the time Resolution 63-177 <br />was adopted initiating this proceeding; was contiguous to the City <br />of Santa Ana, and shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of <br />the City existing at the time of this annexation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That all of the territory situated in the County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> <br />
