ORDINANCE NS-701 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 476 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 476 C) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 476, filed <br />by THEODORE KLEINER for a change in District Classification from <br />the A-1 and C-2 Districts to the R-1 District and said Commission <br />has recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance <br />with E~hibit AA 476 C; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the <br />use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: Beginning at a point located 660.3 feet, more or <br /> less, southerly from the center line of McFadden <br /> Avenue and 310 feet, more or less, westerly from <br /> the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence <br /> southerly along a line approximately parallel to <br /> the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance <br /> of 330 feet, more or less; thence westerly along <br /> a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 350 feet, <br /> more or less; thence northerly along a line <br /> approximately parallel to the center line of <br /> Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 330 feet, more <br /> or less; thence easterly along a line approximately <br /> parallel to the center line of McFadden Avenue for <br /> a distance of 350 feet, more or less, to the point <br /> of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 and C-2 Districts to the R-1 <br />District and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to <br />show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 476 C. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 2: Beginning at a point located 660.3 feet, more <br /> or less, southerly from the center line of McFadden <br /> Avenue and 310 feet, more or less, westerly from <br /> the center line of Harbor Boulevard, said point <br /> being the northeast corner of Parcel 1 hereinabove <br /> described; thence southerly along the easterly <br /> line of Parcel 1, hereinabove described, for a <br /> distance of 330 feet, more or less; thence easterly <br /> along a line approximately parallel to the center <br /> line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 35 feet, <br /> more or less; thence northerly along a line <br /> approximately parallel to the center line of Harbor <br /> Boulevard for a distance of 330 feet, more or less; <br /> thence westerly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance <br /> of 35 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br /> <br />
