ORDINANCE NS-703 AMENDING SECTIONS 4250. AND <br />4251. OF PART 5--INTOXICATION OF ARTICLE IV <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING <br />SECTIONS 4250.1, 4250.2 AND 4252 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 4250. of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 4250. pjunkenness ~n Private. <br /> <br /> No person shall be on any private premises or in any <br /> private house in a state of drunkenness or intoxication <br /> to the annoyance of any other person. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That Section 4251. of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 4251. Drinkinq Alcoholic Beveraqes in PubLic. <br /> <br /> No person shall drink any alcoholic beverage on any <br />street, park, in any automobile in any public place or <br />in any other public place within the City, except in <br />establishments or business places properly licensed for <br />the consumption of alcoholic beverages under the Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control Act of the State of California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That Sections 4250.1, 4250.2 and 4252 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />Ana at <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1963. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
