ORDINANCE NS-707 EXTENDING THE EFFECT OF <br />INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE NS-667 PROVIDING <br />FOR C-5 USES IN THE CD DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the uses pezmitted in the CD (Civic <br />Development) District were enlarged by an interim amendment to <br />permit all uses permitted in the C-5 District, said interim <br />amendment to remain in effect for a period of six months; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Ccmmnission and the Planning staff <br />have not yet c~pleted their study on the advisability of such <br />enlargement and the City Council has determined that the interim <br />period should be extended for a further period of six months to <br />provide a maximum period of one year for the completion of said <br />study. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9230.162 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to continue the effect of Ordinance NS-667 <br />which added thereto a new subparagraph (d) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(d) Uses permitted in the C-5 District. <br /> <br />and hereby provides that said Section shall continue asamended by <br />the addition of said subparagraph (d). <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the effect of this Ordinance is declared <br />to be to continue Section 9230.162 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code <br />in effect as containing a new subparagraph (d) fr~n the 1st day of <br />January , 1964, to and including the 30th day of June, 1964, as an <br />interim provision, and that upon the 1st day of July, 1964, the <br />addition of said subparagraph (d) shall automatically terminate and <br />not thereafter operate as a portion of said Section. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />F- . . ,., .,/' / '~ <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
