ORDINANCE NS-720 AMENDING SECTION 9271, <br />SUBSECTION (r) OF THE SANTA AMA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a precise alignment of Santa Clara Avenue, between <br />Main Street and Broadway has been adopted and numbered P.P.S.A.-05. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Subsection (r) of Section 9271 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by amending <br />sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) thereof so that said Subsection (r) reads <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(r) <br /> <br />Santa Clara Avenue. <br />(1) On the North side, between Broadway and Main <br /> Street, 45 feet measured from and at right <br /> angles to the survey center line. <br />(2) On the South side, between Broadway and Main <br /> Street, 35 feet measured from and at right <br /> angles to the survey center line. <br />(3) On both sides, between Grand Avenue and the East <br /> City Limits, 42 feet measured fr~n and at right <br /> angles to the survey center line. <br />(4) On the North side, 42 feet from the survey <br /> center line, between Glassell Avenue and Grand <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
