ORDINANCE NS-746 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 509 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 509 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 509, filed <br />by THEODORE and ROBERT ROSENSON for a change in District classi- <br />fication from the CD District to the C-5 District, and said <br />Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the <br />use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Santa Clara <br /> Avenue intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence <br /> northerly along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a <br /> distance of 660 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a <br /> line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa <br /> Clara Avenue for a distance of 330 feet, more or less; thence <br /> southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br /> line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 660 feet, more or <br /> less, to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence <br /> westerly along the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a <br /> distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the CD District to the C-5 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 4-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 509 A. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1964. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
