ORDINANCE NS-748 CORRECTING ERRORS IN <br />DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NS-732 <br />RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore a change in District classification from <br />A-1 to R-1 was adopted by Ordinance NS-732 on July 6, 1964; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thereafter it was discovered that the parcel as <br />shown on Sectional District Map 16-5-10 (Exhibit AA 497 A) was in <br />error in the dimensions set forth in said map and that the same <br />errors were contained in the description of said property set forth <br />in said Ordinance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That SECTION 1 of Ordinance NS-732 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of Euclid Street <br /> located 660.4 feet, more or less, northerly from that point <br /> where the center line of Euclid Street intersects the center <br /> line of McFadden Avenue: thence easterly along a line <br /> approximately parallel to the center line of McFadden Avenue <br /> for a distance of 660.4 feet, more or less, to the northerly <br /> line of the Orange County Flood Control District Channel; <br /> thence southwesterly along the north line of the Orange <br /> County Flood Control District Channel for a distance of <br /> 695.7 feet, more or less, to the center line of Euclid <br /> Street; thence northerly along the center line of Euclid <br /> Street for a distance of 198.8 feet, more or less, to the <br /> point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 497 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />fro~a and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />Aha at <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1964. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
