4. Where a show, athletic event, or other activity consists of <br />more than one performance, each performance (as distinguished from <br />act) shall constitute a separate event within the terms of this schedule. <br /> <br />SECTION 2623. Liquor. <br /> <br /> No intoxicating liquors shall be sold or consumed upon the premises <br />known as the Santa Ana Municipal Stadium. <br /> <br />SECTION 2624. Concessions, Etc. <br /> <br /> The City reserves unto itself the exclusive right at the Stadium <br />for the vending or renting of merchandise or the granting of concessions <br />therefor, of broadcasting, televising, transcribing or recording any <br />and all exhibitions, games, performances, speeches, entertainments or <br />programs, and no person may do any of the things or exercise any of the <br />rights herein reserved exclusively to the City, without first having <br />obtained from the Council a permit in writing therefor. <br /> <br />SECTION 2625. Insurance, Responsibility for Damages. <br /> <br /> Any person using the Santa Ana Municipal Stadium shall be responsi- <br />ble for any damage or injury to the structures or facilities maintained <br />by the City therein, caused by such person or by the exhibition, per- <br />formance, game or acts. All users of the Stadium shall furnish proof <br />that the City and its officers and employees are "named-insured" on <br />indemnity insurance policies in sums not less than $500,000 personal <br />injury and $100,000 property damage. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August , 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss. <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
