ORDINANCE NS-752 CORRECTING AN ERROR IN THE <br />DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NS-737 <br />RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore a change in District classification from <br />the A-1 District to the C-5 District was adopted by Ordinance NS-737 <br />on July 20, 1964; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thereafter it was discovered that the parcel as <br />shown on Sectional District Map 17-5-9 (Exhibit AA 502 A) was in <br />error in the dimensions set forth on said map and that the same <br />errors were contained in the description of said property set forth <br />in said Ordinance; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance NS-737 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of First Street <br /> located 1024.0 feet, more or less, westerly from a point <br /> 33 feet north of an angle point in the easterly boundary <br /> line of the City of Santa Ana; thence southerly along a <br /> line approximately parallel to said easterly boundary line <br /> for a distance of 253.7 feet, more or less, to the Santa <br /> Ana Freeway right of way; thence northwesterly along the <br /> Santa Ana Freeway right of way for a distance of 121.3 feet, <br /> more or less; thence northerly continuing along the Santa <br /> Aha Freeway right of way for a distance of 69.2 feet, more <br /> or less; thence northeasterly along the Santa Aha Freeway <br /> right of way for a distance of 69.6 feet, more or less, to <br /> the southerly line of First Street; thence northerly for a <br /> distance of 33 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br /> First Street; thence easterly along the center line of First <br /> Street for a distance of 20.7 feet, more or less, to the <br /> point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-5 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 17-5-9 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 502 A. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day~f September, 1964. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
