ORDINANCE NS-758 AMENDING SECTION 3280 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE OR <br />ADD PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON BROADWAY, <br />SULLIVAN, EUCLID, FRUIT AND KING STREETS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That after an engineering and traffic survey and <br />Council determination, and under authority contained in Sections <br />22357 and 22358 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, the <br />following subsections of Section 3280 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code are hereby amended, added or repealed in words and figures as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Speed Limits <br />Miles Per Hour <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Broadway <br />--Santa Aha Freeway to Seventeenth Street <br />--South Main Street to First Street <br /> <br />35 <br /> 30 <br /> <br />(i) Sullivan Street <br /> --First Street to McFadden Avenue <br /> <br />35 <br /> <br />(m) <br /> <br />Euclid Street <br />--Westminster Avenue to Hazard Avenue <br />--Hazard Avenue to Bolsa Avenue <br />--Bolsa Avenue to the South City L/mits, <br />180' North of Edinger Avenue <br /> <br />35 <br />35 <br /> <br />40 <br /> <br />(ii) Fruit Street <br /> --Mabury Street to Tustin Avenue <br /> <br />35 <br /> <br />Subsection (j) of Section 3280 pertaining to King Street <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of October, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />dLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
