Westerly, measured at right angles from the center line of Tustin Avenue, and to a point in the Santa Ana city boundary as established by Ordinance No. NS-468; thence North 140 feet, more or less, along said West line of Tustin Avenue and along said NS-468 boundary to an angle point in said NS-468 boundary, said angle point being on the Westerly extension of the South line of the North One-half (N.½) of Lot 12 in said Block "B"; thence along said Westerly extension and along said South line and along said NS-468 boundary South 88° 57' 48" East 657.00 feet to an angle point in the Santa Ana city boundary as established by Ordinance No. NS-606, and to a point in a line that is parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly, measured at right angles from the West line of the East One-half (E.½) of Lot 12, Block "B" of said A. B. Chapman Tract; thence along said NS-606 boundary and along said parallel line North 0° 53' 22" East 635 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line of Santa Clara Avenue, said South line being 25 feet Southerly, measured at right angles fr~ the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, and to an angle point in said NS-606 boundary; thence North 88° 57' 07" West 663 feet, more or less, along said South line of Santa Clara Avenue, and along the Santa Ana city boundary as established by Ordinance NO. NS-682 to the point of beginning. SECTION 3: That as the result of said canvass the City Council hereby finds and declares that a majority of the votes cast were for annexation of said territory to the City of Santa Ana, and said territory is hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Santa Aha, California, and of Ward 1 in said City; that said territory shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of the City existing at the time of this annexation, and, for the purpose of tax segregation for this territory the designation that applies is "Santa Ana City--1957 and 1958 Annexes". SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
