ORDINANCE NS-767 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AN ~ENDMENT TO <br />THE CONTRACT BE~lWNEEN THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE <br />BOARD OF AD~INISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA <br />STATE EMPLOYEES' RETIRemENT SYSTE~i <br /> <br /> THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CiTY OF SAN~A ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the <br />CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SANTA ANA and the BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION, <br />CALIFORNIA STATE ~4PLOYEES' RETIREFIENT SYST~ is hereby authorized, <br />a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", <br />and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out <br />in full. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Mayor of the City Council is hereby <br />authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for <br />and on behalf of said Agency. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect 30 days <br />after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of <br />15 days from the passage thereof shall be published at leas~ once <br />in the Register, a newspaper of general circulation, published and <br />circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and thenceforth and thereafter <br />the same shall be in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st dap' of Decen~er, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COLrN~i~f OF ORA)~IGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA A~.~A ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS ~i.
